Due to my ever continuing quest to provide my clients with the best and most effective options to help them in their health journey, I have studied and implemented many different therapies and modalities. I am a Herbalist and Naturopath, and I have various tools that I use in clinic ranging from dark field Live blood analysis and Bio-terrain testing, to Kinesiological approaches to help you get to know yourself, and understand what best works for you.
The treatment options always starts with food choices. The small adjustments to the diet, and using food as medicine, with supportive herbs and specific supplements if indicated, supports not only the body but also the mind. Lastly or firstly we explore Hypnosis techniques and Meditation, to help ensure the subconscious mind is working towards the same goals you have in your conscious mind, and with these techniques we help to soften and resolve, any past events or influences that may unknowingly be, slowing or sabotaging your realisation of your Awesome Self.
