Become who you were born to be
I had struggled with my weight for all my adult life loosing then finding it many times. I got to the point where I knew there had to be a way to be free of the weight and all the limiting beliefs that had controlled most of my life. I was fortunate to come across Hypnotherapy and decided to do the Virtual Gastric Band Programme.
This experience was so helpful in many ways and on many different levels. Because of my own success on my Weight Loss journey I was inspired to become a Hypnotherapist to enable others to become who they were born to be.
I love how life changing and empowering Hypnosis is. I want to be able to allow other people to experience once and for all being free of whatever has been holding them back from reaching their full potential. It is not just about the Weight Loss but finding the reasons why we carry the weight and why our bodies hold onto it.
